After the FREE consultation I will work with the family or caregiver on what is the most pressing issue. I can help with a care plan, resources and most important emotional support. Together you wont have to worry about taking this journey alone any more. I can help with suggestions on caregiving, doctors visits and planning for the end of life. All sessions are FREE Thank you.
